Ellen made a motion, Pam 2nd to reimburse delegates/alternate up to $600.00 based on receipts.
Foundation report by Julie Jones: Made enough in state challenge to name a scholarship. State donating 3 g Kindle, Low Country donating an I Pad. Voted to give up to $250.00 to jewelry auction.
Central chapter report by Lina Delacruz, Pres Elect. Voted to reimburse up to 8 central chapter members up to $250.00 each to attend Scientific Assembly in Tampa. Voted to donate $1000.00 to free Clinic of the Midlands. Will continue scrubs sales as fund-raiser. Next meeting August 9th, location tbd.
Foothills chapter report by Jim Mobley. Offering TNCC classes in the Upstate. Organizing next meeting for July inGreenwood.

Pee Deechapter to be reinstated when Pat reviews meeting minutes from 2 meetings since September ’11. Pat made motion, 2nd by Ellen. Vote at July meeting on moneies to be given to Pee Dee after reviewing members inPee Dee area.
Voting no to join on resolution about picking Scientific Assembly sites.
Reviewed 14 delegate application forms, top 10 based on points will be delegates, 11th highest alternate.
